Talk with your Oak Tree Alliance Support Coordinator about your concerns and how you may address this with your service provider. Concerns with supports can include things like:

  • Not getting the service you agreed to
  • Not getting the quality or standard you expect
  • Feeling like you are not being listened to
  • Not getting value for money for your supports.
  • Support workers not turning up for a shift or not staying the allocated time.

All providers should have a complaints process and you have the right to choose a different provider if you’re not happy. You can also speak with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (hyperlink) if you have concerns about the quality or safety of your current supports or services.
