Support Coordination is a funded support within your NDIS plan. Oak Tree Alliance prices are in line with the NDIS Price Guide (hyperlink to NDIS Price Guide). The following services can be funded by the NDIS to help you to use your NDIS Plan.

Supports and associated costs will be discussed and outlined in a schedule of supports.
Our team will work with you unpack your plan and goals, evaluate why it wont meet your needs and discuss what additional reports and evidence might be needed to support your claim. If required, we will work with you to lodge a Change in Situation with the NDIA to request that your plan is reviewed to consider your additional needs.
